Politics of Presence - The Colloquium

Critical Studies in New Media

Stanford University, May 2007

Organised in association with Stanford Humanities Center, Stanford Humanities Lab, Metamedia in the Stanford Archaeology Center and The Presence Project

Sharing common interests and concerns - a mixed media gathering.

The colloquium is being held to share some projects and discussions around the politics of presence. This will involve people traveling to Stanford, but also broadcast live and recorded events elsewhere - to embody some of the issues and agendas.
