Fotis Ifantidis | Greece
Fotis Ifantidis studied archaeology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, where he received a MA on prehistoric archaeology after studying the personal adornment practices at the Neolithic settlement of Dispilio. He maintains (since 2006) a photoblog upon the excavations of the same site and is currently involved with the photographic commentary for The Other Acropolis project.
His work for the WAC Fringe, 04:32(x2), consists of two photo-shows where two archaeological topoi are visually manipulated; Acropolis, Athens and Neolithic Dispilio, Kastoria, both in Greece.
