We set such store in history, we pull it apart to reconstruct it lovingly, in our own image. We have set ourselves a belief that we can somehow understand ourselves, or journey towards an understanding of ourselves through history. Yet there are things we disregard when creating history. Things that are dismissed or forgotten about in the process. Art is an efficient way to approach the things that are left out of the processes of history.
